COOKIE STATEMENT

LAST UPDATED: OCTOBER 2026

This page explains how DMI (DarlMac Impression) uses cookies and similar technology, such as your browser's local storage, on this website ("the Site").

What are cookies?

Cookies are small pieces of data a website asks your browser to remember. "Local storage" works similarly, but stays only on your device rather than being sent back with every request.

What we use them for

  • Keeping you signed in. If you're a staff member or admin, we use this to keep you logged in to the dashboard or check-in page between visits.
  • Keeping bookings fair. The studio check-in page remembers your device so one phone can't check in on behalf of someone else, and the booking and review forms use similar storage to stop the same request being sent over and over by mistake.
  • Remembering small preferences. For example, that you've already seen and dismissed this cookie notice.

None of this is currently used to show you adverts, to track you across other websites, or to build a marketing profile of you. If that ever changes — for example, if we add analytics or embedded maps and video that set their own cookies — we'll update this page.

Data collected regardless of your preference

Like most websites, the services that host and secure this Site (such as our hosting and database providers) automatically log basic technical information — things like your IP address, browser type, and the pages you visit — for security and reliability, in a way that doesn't depend on whether you accept cookies. We don't use this for marketing.

Your choices

Dismissing the cookie banner lets us remember that choice on this device. You can change your mind at any time:

  • Click on this device, or use the "Cookie Preferences" link in the footer of any page.
  • Clear cookies and site data for this Site from your browser's own settings at any time.
